Six new e-learning trials will receive a total of $100,000 to develop guidelines and standards for key emerging technologies including iPods, iPhones, e-books and virtual worlds. Funded and supported by the Australian Flexible Learning Framework (Framework), the trials will help the vocational education and training (VET) system to adopt these technologies by highlighting their benefits, risks and future development needs.
