Older Australians aren't getting the help they need to take advantage of the national broadband network, said a Queensland University of Technology researcher. "Over 50 per cent of older Australians who participated in the survey were interested in using the internet, but faced a range of barriers preventing them from doing so," Dr Sandra Haukka said.
